Hospital Admissions
Our practice is proud to be affiliated with Abington
Memorial Hospital (AMH) and its highly qualified medical staff. Our obstetric patients deliver their babies
at AMH where over 5000 babies are born each year. Should women need hospitalization for other
medical concerns, we have great confidence in the specialists, ancillary
services and inpatient care. As a
teaching facility, AMH is committed to training the next generation of
physicians and residents may be involved in your care.
Your OB/GYN Physician
Obstetricians/gynecologists specialize in health care
for women. Physicians treat both healthy
and high risk pregnant women, as well as provide gynecologic care for women
before, during and after their child-bearing years. They perform routine exams, assist in family
planning, identify fertility issues and treat cancer, disorders affecting the
female reproductive system and sexually transmitted diseases. They perform surgery, such as cesarean
procedures, major and minor abdominal and vaginal surgery and laser surgery.
