Registration starts at 7:15 am. Race begins at 8:30 am.

Pre-registration for 5K Run – $25
Pre-registration for 5K Walk – $20
Race Day – $30 Runners / $25 Walkers
Group Rate – $20/person (3 or more participants) – Mail in only.
1 mile Fun Run for Kids – $6
Proceeds benefit Safe Harbor a support program for grieving children, teens and their families
New for 2013 – We will be
collecting old sneakers
for recycling!

Start/Finish at Penn State Abington Campus.
Beautiful landscaped terrain with rolling hills and scenic views in surrounding neighborhood.

Awards for Runners
Awards to the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place individual male & female runners only in the following age categories:
13 & under, 14 – 19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 & over
Prizes Awarded to the 1st place in each age category
