Volunteering

At Abington Memorial Hospital, volunteers are a significant part of the health care team. More than 1,100 volunteers help in various roles at the hospital's main and adjunct campuses and in physician practice offices and throughout the community.

We appreciate your interest in helping others, and will try to find an assignment that meets your needs and supports the staff and patients of Abington Memorial Hospital. There are opportunities for you to serve during the day, in the evening and on weekends. Generally, a minimum of a once-a-week commitment is preferred, although some short-term, project assignments are available.

PLEASE NOTE: the deadline for the Pre-Med Volunteer program has passed (December 31st). All references had to have been received by January 5, 2013.
