Abington Health offers a comprehensive Speakers Bureau that can bring customized programs on a variety of specific health and medical topics to clubs, churches and other organizations in our community.  If you would like a clinical representative from Abington Health to provide one of the programs listed below or if you would like a customized program, please call the following at :

Speakers for your event are based upon availability. A minimum number of attendees (15-20 attendees) are required to hold the program. Please allow 6-8 weeks for scheduling purposes. Programs will not be scheduled after 7:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Participants must be a non-profit or civic organization within the hospital's service area, and host an audience of 15 individuals or more.
  • A minimum of four weeks notice is required for each request.
  • A contact person must be available to greet and introduce the speaker the day of the event.
  • Speakers are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Event Reservation

  • Before calling, review our list of topics. The coordinator will assist you in determining which speaker/topic is right for your event, and will make the final arrangements. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
