Electronic Transfer

Contact you broker or the custodian of your securities and advise them that you wish to make a gift of securities to the Abington Memorial Hospital Foundation.

You will need to give your broker these two numbers:
First Clearing LLC DTC #141 (for our account at Wachovia Securities), and Abington Memorial Hospital Foundation account # 1259-5354.

Contact the Fund Development Office at AMH by calling 215-481-4019 or 215-481-4977 to alert them that you are making a gift by electronic transfer.

Stock Certificates You Hold

If you hold stock certificates, please phone the Fund Development Office at the above number to receive specific instructions on how to handle this type of gift.

The procedure, in most cases, is as follows:

Send the unendorsed certificate by registered mail to the following address:

Attention: Planned Giving Officer

In a separate envelope, please mail a stock power signed exactly as your name appears on the front of the certificate. This must be a signature guaranteed by a commercial bank or brokerage firm.

CAUTION: Do not mail the certificate and the stock power in the same envelope.
