We are seeking female participants ages 38 and younger for a yearlong study comparing standard in vitro fertilization (IVF) to Autologous Endometrial Coculture. Coculture involves placing a patient’s fertilized eggs on top of a layer of cells from her own uterine lining, creating a more natural environment for embryo development.
