Being a new mom is an amazing experience that often brings some challenges and, at times, feelings of isolation. So often moms need a welcoming environment where they can be amongst other new moms who share the concerns and triumphs that go along with having a new baby.
We are pleased to offer the Baby Talk, facilitated by one of the nurses from the Childbirth Education Department. This is an open forum group for new moms of babies from newborn to 6 months of age where you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share practical concerns and gather information. Discuss concerns regarding feeding, sleeping, comforting and reaching developmental milestones while receiving support and the camaraderie new moms really need. A baby scale will be provided for a weight check of your baby at all sessions. Pre-register for this free group offered on various Thursday mornings at 10am.
