An annual breast cancer awareness day focusing on the specific needs of Asian-American women. This program is sponsored by the Philadelphia Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Women participate in several hours of workshops and information sharing by experts in breast cancer; several languages are offered. Abington Health is one of the sites for eligible women who are uninsured to register for free breast screenings, including clinical exams and mammograms. Pre-registration is required.
