Svaroopa® Hatha yoga classes assist in stress relief and increased awareness of mind/body connection. Svaroopa yoga is especially helpful for people with back issues. People who are new to yoga are welcome. Our certified Svaroopa instructor focuses on breathing techniques, proper body alignment, and postures to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. Blocks, straps, blankets, chairs, and bolsters are used to assist students of all fitness levels to achieve proper and safe alignment in the poses. Classes are ongoing throughout the year.
