Abington Health Physicians Welcomes Gwynedd Family Medicine

ABINGTON, PA (February 9, 2012) —  Abington Health is pleased to announce that Gwynedd Family Medicine has joined Abington Health Physicians.

The practice will continue to provide preventative and sick care to every member of the family, routine gynecologic care and minor office procedures.

As part of Abington Health Physicians, Gwynedd Family Medicine will be able to access all medical services and educational resources of Abington Health, including electronic medical records.

Located in Chalfont, PA (1600 Horizon Drive, Suite 117) Gwynedd Family Medicine provides the full range of primary care, from newborns to geriatric patients. The board certified physicians include:
