Abington Health is pleased to offer community-based free heart and stroke risk assessments and blood pressure screenings, Take steps necessary to monitor your blood pressure and assess your risk for stroke. Nurses provide information about how to prevent heart disease, identify signs of stroke and control blood pressure. No registration required. Walk-ins are welcome.
