Visiting Hours
We encourage family and friends to visit you during your stay with us.
Special visiting requests may be made to the Nursing Supervisor or Nurse Manager of the patient care unit. After 8 p.m., visitors must enter through the Emergency Department entrance and speak with the Security Guard.
Visiting Regulations
Following are general guidelines for visitors:
- Immediate family members may visit.
- Visiting is limited to two visitors at one time, excluding immediate family.
- Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to visit patients in their room, nor are they to be left in the lobby unattended. Children may visit patients at the elevator lobby on each floor, provided the patient is ambulatory.
- Visitors must conduct themselves in a quiet manner at all times.
Your medical condition may warrant restricting visiting hours. If this is necessary, the restriction will be explained to you and your family. You may participate in this decision.
Condition Reports
Any personal information about your diagnosis and treatment must come from your physician, and this information is only available to members of your immediate family whom you designate to receive it.
Gifts for Patients
Visitors should check with the nurse before bringing gifts of food or drink to patients as some patients are on restricted diets. Please check with the nurse in the Intensive Care Unit regarding any gifts for patients.
Parking
Parking for patients and visitors is available at the Lansdale Hospital parking lot located at 100 Medical Campus Drive. Parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you have parked your car and plan to leave it for more than 72 hours, you must register it with the Admission Office. The Admission Office will notify the Security that the car belongs to a patient. Vehicles not registered with Security within 72 hours of parking are subject to towing. Questions about parking should be directed Engineering/Security at 215-361-4455.
For the convenience of our patients and visitors we offer free Valet Parking at the Main Entrance between the hours of 7:30 am and 3 pm.
Family Center
Volunteers staff the desk in the Family Center waiting room from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Family members can obtain the status of surgical patients by calling 215-361-4585 or 215-361-4586.
Out-of-Town Visitors
Accommodations for relatives and visitors from out-of-town are available at nearby hotels. Please call the individual hotel for rates. Let them know that you will be visitng Lansdale Hospital to see if a special rate applies.

Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is open from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The shop has snacks, coffee, cold drinks, as well as selected gift items, jewelry, greeting cards, balloons (mylar only), and flowers. The Gift Shop phone number is 215-361-4618.
Chapel
A Chapel is available for patient and family use. The Chapel is located on the first floor, directly next to the main hospital lobby. Patients should consult their nurse to make arrangements for an escort.
