Our staff is experienced in diagnosing and treating pediatric sleep disorders. Our pediatric sleep program is directed by Jacqueline Genova, M.D. who is board certified in Pediatrics as well as in Sleep Medicine. Our skilled technicians have a one-to-one ratio to patients and are knowledgeable about working with children.
Our Patients
Our center, part of Abington Memorial Hospital's established sleep medicine program, has been performing pediatric studies for over three years. Children from two to 18 years of age may suffer from a variety of sleep problems, including:
- obstructive sleep apnea
- insomnia (including childhood behavioral insomnia)
- delayed sleep phase syndrome
- narcolepsy and other hypersomnias
- disorders of arousal
- restless leg syndrome
These problems can affect their health and ability to excel in school and beyond.

Our patients and their parents are welcomed into our child-friendly center conveniently located in the Abington Health Center – Schilling Campus, Pennwood Building, Ste. 510, 2510 Maryland Road, Willow Grove, PA. We offer:

- comfortable bedrooms
- private bathrooms
- accommodations for parents in same or if preferred, separate rooms

Flexible Scheduling
Sleep studies are performed on weekdays and on weekends. Appointments for consultations and studies are usually available within one to two weeks. All patients are evaluated by our pediatric sleep specialist before the sleep study is scheduled.

All of our staff is dedicated to providing the best possible care for our patients as well as to our referring physicians.
We welcome your referrals, and believe that good communication is vitally important. We work in close collaboration with primary care physicians and specialists in otolaryngology, allergy and immunology, psychiatry, neurology.
Our web-based, remote access to clinical patient information system means shorter turn-around times for studies.
