Our board-certified colorectal surgery team are experts in minimally-invasive laparoscopic colectomy for colon cancer as well as traditional open colorectal surgeries.
Minimally-invasive colectomy is equal or superior to open surgery, but patients have a much shorter recovery and less risk of complications. Many colorectal patients, including the elderly, may be good candidates for this procedure.
