Kathleen Shaughnessy, MSN, CRNP, is the clinical director of cardiac surgery. She received both her Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science Degree in nursing from LaSalle University, as well as her post-graduate nurse practitioner certification. Kathleen is a member of the American Association of Critical Case Nurses, the Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, and the National Nursing Honor Society.

Kelly Norton, MSN, CRNP, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing from Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Kelly is a member of the American Academy of Critical Care Nurses, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, the National Nursing Honor Society and the Heart Valve Society of America.

Vicki Reynolds, MSN, CRNP, received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Lycoming College and her Master of Science Degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Vicki is a member of the National Nursing Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau.

Kristan Devine, MSN, CRNP, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing from LaSalle University and her Master of Science Degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Kristan is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

Kevin Hagan, MSN, CRNP, is the Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Program Coordinator. He received both his Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science Degree in nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. He is a member of Sigma Theta Tau.
