Reiki Magic Hands for Children

Magic Hands: Reiki Level 1 (for children ages seven to 12)

Reiki empowers children with the ability to help heal themselves, pets, plants, and to manage stress using the traditional Usui Reiki method of natural healing. Students learn easy, enjoyable meditation practices and the five Reiki principles. This interactive class uses methods such as discussion, posters, kinesthetic activities and practice time to make students feel comfortable. Participants will receive manuals so that the information they learn can be shared and practiced with their parents.

Participants will be attuned and certified as Level One Reiki practitioners. This is a four-hour class. Parents are invited to the last hour of class, and their child will share Reiki with them. Presentation of the Reiki certificates will follow.
